Every quarter Mellow Me Out staff votes for a fellow employee who has shown outstanding performance with positive attitude, team spirit and dedication to our clients. The honorary "Arist O Cat" is awarded a $50 spa voucher and special plaque at Fulton and Downtown locations and on our website.

Jeremiah is a Certified Massage Therapist, a Health and Fitness Professional/ Life Style Coach and Personal Trainer (the only one currently on staff). Oh yea, and also a competing athlete. So needless to say, he is unique and a very hard worker. He likes to laugh, smile, workout, and make people's lives better in any way he can. His favorite quote is "if you take care of the little things, big things will take care of themselves". You can relate that to almost everything in life, especially the human body (hint hint). Last but not least, after working with 2127 clients in massage (as of 1-11-13) and hearing their feedback, Jeremiah is convinced that he is gifted in the healing arts and overall well-being. But he'll let his work speak for itself, so with that being said come receive a massage from him at either of our locations, Downtown or Arden Way. He looks forward to seeing all of you soon!

Sandy has has been working at Mellow Me Out for a little over two years and absolutely loves her job! She has been a licensed cosmetologist for four years, and her main focus is in skin care and waxing. Her favorite part of the job is the relationships she builds with her clients and co-workers. Sandy feels very fortunate to be surrounded by such amazing and fabulous people!
