- We have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows for appointments are charged in full to the credit card on file or the Gift Certificate is voided.

- Arden Location: 7 DAYS A WEEK 9AM-9PM
- Downtown Location: 7 DAYS A WEEK, Monday-Friday 9AM-9PM, Saturday and Sunday 9AM-7PM
- CSUS Location: Monday-Friday 9AM-7PM, Saturday 9AM-5PM, Sunday by Appointment
